A property development company conceived an exclusive High end office accommodation to be built on a prime site in Victoria Island. On completion, the development will offer modern office facilities, and will incorporate the latest technological innovations in design and construction.
The company needed debt finance to augment Promoters' equity contribution.
MIS formalized the Project Investment Document that was presented to banks.
The Investment Document contained comprehensive project concept and descriptions, results of market survey conducted, details of project team, financial model, and analysis of project risks.
MIS worked with the Sponsor in planning the financing road-shop and making presentations to selected local banks.
MIS also evaluated offers received and guided the Sponsor through the process of negotiating terms and legal implementation phase.
The Project got the needed $20 million in debt financing and an additional $10 million enhancement.
Project is 96% completed and tenants will start moving in April 2014.
