A banker turned Publisher. Muhtar studied Architecture at the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife).

He worked at Citibank Nigeria and Trust Bank of Africa Plc (Now Sterling Bank Plc). He is the founder of Farafina Magazine and Kachifo Limited. He is currently the Managing Director of Pearson Nigeria, the world largest educational services.

He is also an investor and director in a handful of emerging businesses.

Dr. Solomon is a trained Social Scientist, human pacifist and social entrepreneur with a number of successful start-up businesses to show for an extensive wealth of experience

Dr. Solomon is a Ph.D holder with an MS in International Community Economic Development.

He is the Chairman, Lagos State Scrabble Association and also sits on the Board of several well-established businesses in Nigeria as a Director; including Union Maritime Shipping Agency and Uni-Consults Nigeria Ltd. He is the CEO of the CIDL Group and operationally the COO of CIDL.

Ayo is a Chartered Accountant and started his career with KPMG Lagos in 2003 where he worked for 3 years and rose to the position of Audit Semi-Senior in the Assurance & Business Advisory Division. Afterwards, he worked as an Analyst in the Project Finance & Real Estate Unit of ARM.

He joined PRI Project LLC in 2009 as the Vice President in the Lagos Office. He also worked as an Investment Analyst with Grofin Nigeria, a multi-national specialist SME Development Finance company offering risk capital to viable enterprises through its $250m Aspire funds and its 10 offices in 9 countries.
